Licensing & Rights
What you generate with BomGo is yours. We do not claim co-ownership, we do not take a share of your revenue, and we do not resell your work.
Who owns it
Music, sound effects, voice-over and mixes generated through BomGo belong to the account that generated them. We claim no joint rights and no revenue share. You can download the files, edit them, and use them in your own projects.
Commercial use
With an active membership, generated work can be used in commercial projects — video, advertising, games, courses, podcasts and social media. Work generated without a membership can be previewed and saved, but please activate a membership before you publish it commercially. What you receive here is a licence to use the finished file under the membership terms; it is separate from copyright — see "How this differs by region" below.
Platforms differ in how they label and accept AI-generated content. Before a commercial release, follow both the publishing platform's rules and your local law.
What you may not do
- Do not present generated work as the official work of a real artist, band or brand.
- Do not use the service to create unlawful, infringing, hateful or fraudulent content.
- Do not lend your account to others for bulk generation, or resell generation capacity.
Third-party material
Any reference video, audio, script or image you upload must be material you have the right to use. Responsibility for copyright issues arising from uploaded material rests with the person who uploaded it.
How this differs by region
We do not claim copyright in AI-generated content (consistent with our Terms of Service), but we cannot guarantee that it will qualify for copyright everywhere. Whether it is protected depends on the law where you are.
- United States: the Copyright Office requires human authorship. Output generated purely by AI, without sufficient human creative contribution, generally cannot be registered and is harder to enforce against others using similar material.
- China: whether AI-generated content is protected depends on the human input in prompting, selecting and revising; courts decide case by case and there is no guarantee of protection.
- Elsewhere: most jurisdictions likewise require human creative authorship. Follow local law and professional advice.
Whether or not copyright applies, the commercial licence we grant still stands: within the limits of your membership tier, you can use the finished work in commercial projects. Before a commercial release — especially where trademarks, paid advertising or exclusivity are involved — consider talking to a local lawyer.
Licence certificate
Members can generate a written licence certificate for a finished work from their account page. The account page and the Terms of Service are the governing text.
